- The request for payment with PagoPa is reserved exclusively for the categories Workers and Pensioners under 70 years of age.
- Before proceeding with the compilation of the request, make sure that the smart card has not expired, is on the black list or is not working;
- fill in the form with all the mandatory fields;
- wait for the response via email with the payment notice attached;
- make the payment by the due date using one of the methods indicated on the notice;
- once the payment has been made, print the receipt or keep the receipt on your smartphone;
- go to the ticket office with the payment receipt printed or on your smartphone to show to the operator who, after verification, will proceed with loading the season ticket onto the smart card.
After making the payment via PagoPA, you must go to the ticket office to have the season ticket loaded onto the smart card, presenting the operator with the receipt of the payment made with PagoPA.
However, it is always possible to pay directly at the ticket office in cash or with a debit card, keeping in mind that only travel tickets paid with traceable means (credit card, POS, PagoPA) are deductible in the tax return.

Any customer can send Trentino Trasporti communications, reports, suggestions,and complaints specifying, in addition to their personal details and address, any other useful information to facilitate the reconstruction of the incident or the identification of the request that prompted the report.

Trentino Trasporti undertakes:
- within one month (30 consecutive calendar days) of receiving the complaint, to inform the passenger whether the complaint has been accepted, rejected, or is still under consideration;
- within three months (90 consecutive calendar days) of receiving the complaint, to provide a definitive response.
If a complaint has not been answered satisfactorily or has not received any response within 30 days of filing, you may use alternative dispute resolution procedures, like this: https://www.autorita-trasporti.it/en/conciliaweb/.
If the response provided by the transport company is not satisfactory, or if three months have passed since the complaint was submitted to the company without response, it is possible to forward a complaint to the Transport Regulatory Authority using the specific online system available on the web page www.autorita-trasporti.it/site/ , which allows you to submit the complaint and the related documentation directly online;
