ANNEX 2 to the General Terms of Carriage

BOOKING OF TRIPS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIRS AND PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

On Urban Services (Trento, Trento-Sardagna Cable Car, Rovereto, Alto Garda lines 1 and 2), access by people in wheelchairs is free (unless the wheelchair spot is already occupied by another disabled person or by two pushchairs), but that is so exclusively on enabled lines using, both when boarding in and when getting off, the stops enabled for that purpose, as set out on public timetables. On intercity road and rail services, access by people in wheelchairs and with reduced mobility in need of assistance takes place only by booking, over the phone or via email.

The single company number for bookings over the phone is 0461- 821000 during service hours (Monday-Saturday 07:00-19:30), as per the following procedure:

BOOKING ON INTERCITY ROUTE BY ROAD (including the instance of booking on a route partly on railway and partly on intercity service by road) - The booking must be made at least 36 hours in advance, excluding Saturdays and holidays (i.e. for Monday morning, the booking must be made by the preceding Thursday afternoon at the latest and so on).

BOOKING ON THE FTM/FTB RAILWAY ROUTE (Trento-Malè-Marilleva and Valsugana) - The booking must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

In both instances, the booking by e-mail does not in itself ensure service, but must be confirmed by the Company to the requesting person after checking the technical feasibility and the availability of seats.
