Night On-call service for the city of Trento

From 18 October 2023 OnOff Trento is active :

• Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday weekdays from 11.00 p.m. until 3.00 a.m. the following day
• the tariffs in force on the Trento Urban Service are valid
  • If you do not have a season card, ticket or payment via APP, the cost is €2 on board
• the service is valid at  authorised stops;
• to book  use the QR CODE and download the APP

• WHERE DO YOU DOWNLOAD THE APP?
  • You can download The ONOFF Trento app from the IOS and Android stores,
• HOW DOES ONOFF TRENTO WORK?
  • The ONOFF Trento service is an on-demand service and you can decide how and when to use the bus during the hours in which the service is active. The service only operates to and from stops with a specific time table. The arrival time of the booked bus can be changed if there are additional bookings from other customers. We recommend that you always consult the app to check the location of the requested bus. Consult the stops in the list.
• HOW MUCH IS ONOFF TRENTO?
  • If you do not have a season card, paper city tickets - season tickets, skipasses, other card or payment via APP, the cost is €2 on board
• WHEN IS THE ONOFF TRENTO SERVICE ACTIVE?
  • From 18 October 2023 ONOFF Trento operates from 11 p.m. until 3 a.m. from Wednesday to Saturday (weekdays).
• HOW CAN I BOOK MY TRIP?
  • Open the ONOFF Trento app, select your departure point and arrival point: ONOFF Trento App will calculate the best route and solution for you. You can then confirm the ride and track the bus select. You can book a ride immediately (Travel now) or plan a trip by ___ (Plan trip)
• WHY DOES THE PROPOSED SOLUTION TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO WALK?
  • ONOFF Trento is a stop-to-stop service, only authorised stops and not door-to-door. After selecting the starting point and destination, the app indicates the nearest pick-up and drop-off stop. The app then shows directions on how to reach the pick-up point and how to get to the final destination.
• WHY HAVE I ONLY 30 SECONDS TO CONFIRM THE OFFER?
  • ONOFF Trento is a shared and extremely flexible service, so the validity of an offer cannot be unlimited. The 30 seconds give the user the opportunity to evaluate and accept the offer; at the same time, the app gives everyone the opportunity to access the service.
• WHY DID I ARRIVE AT MY DESTINATION LATER THAN THE INITIAL OFFER TIME?
  • If several users are travelling in the same direction, it is possible that the arrival time at the destination stop may be different, i.e. later than the time indicated during the booking. This margin of delay is temporally limited so that several users can use the service, without causing excessive delays.
• I AM TRAVELLING IN COMPANY, CAN I BOOK FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON?
  • Of course!  The ONOFF Trento App allows you to book for up to 5 people(max) together.
    Please note, however: all passengers must board and alight at the same stop.
• HOW CAN I CANCEL A CONFIRMED RUN?
  • For immediate trips, you can cancel the request with the dedicated button in the top right-hand corner, in the vehicle tracking section of the app.
    For booked rides, you have to access your confirmed bookings in the 'My Trips' section of the main menu: from here you can cancel the trip that you no longer need.
• CAN I MODIFY A CONFIRMED RIDE?
  • No, it is not possible to change the details (origin, destination and/or pick-up time) of a confirmed trip. You must cancel and make a new booking.
• I CAN'T BOOK A RIDE, HOW COME?
  • If you have already booked three times and have not shown up at the stop, the system will exclude you from the service.  After the second unsuccessful booking, you will receive an alert notification by e-mail.
• CAN I USE ONOFF WITH MY PET?
  • For the transport of animals, the same rules apply as for public transport: animals (small and big) are allowed only with a muzzle and leash. If the animal is big, you also have to pay the ticket for the animal (excluding guide dogs for the blind and deaf, which travel free of charge).
• CAN I BRING MY BICYCLE - MONOPAD?
  • No: electric and non-electric bicycles are not allowed to be carried on board, while it is only possible to carry a monopad if it is NOT electric.
