Any customer can send Trentino Trasporti communications, reports, suggestions,and complaints specifying, in addition to their personal details and address, any other useful information to facilitate the reconstruction of the incident or the identification of the request that prompted the report.

  • Paper forms are available (download the PDF here) to submit complaints at ticket offices (here is a list of ticket offices: https://www.trentinotrasporti.it/it/tariffe/punti-vendita).
  • You can also send a registered letter with return receipt to the main office at Via Innsbruck, 65 38121 TRENTO.

Trentino Trasporti undertakes:

  • within one month (30 consecutive calendar days) of receiving the complaint, to inform the passenger whether the complaint has been accepted, rejected, or is still under consideration;
  • within three months (90 consecutive calendar days) of receiving the complaint, to provide a definitive response.

If the response provided by the transport company is not satisfactory, or if three months have passed since the complaint was submitted to the company without response, it is possible to forward a complaint to the Transport Regulatory Authority using the specific online system available on the web page www.autorita-trasporti.it/site/ , which allows you to submit the complaint and the related documentation directly online;

Si informano i Gentili Clienti che a partire

dal 28 giugno 2025 al 20 luglio 2025 la Linea Ferroviaria  Trento - Malè - Mezzana

sarà sostituita da trasporto su autobus nella tratta tra Mezzolombardo - Cles 

  • A bordo degli autobus valgono le seguenti Regole di Viaggio
    • non è possibile viaggiare con bicicletta a seguito
    • Non è possibile trasportare monopattini elettrici
    • Non sarà possibile prenotare il trasporto di gruppi e comitive
    • Saranno ammessi a bordo solo animali da affezione di piccola taglia
    • I passeggini dovranno essere ripiegati nella bagagliera dell'autobus
