Trentino Trasporti has set up multiple channels through which it informs, communicates and collaborates with its Customers.
Any customer can send Trentino Trasporti communications, reports, suggestions, and complaints (here's the dedicated page: https://www.trentinotrasporti.it/en/contatti-en/complaint), specifying, in addition to their personal details and address, any other useful information to facilitate the reconstruction of the incident or the identification of the request that prompted the report.
Paper forms for submitting reports are also available at ticket offices.
You can also send a letter to the main office at Via Innsbruck, 65 38121 TRENTO.
Anonymous communications will not be considered.
The Information Service - Call Centre - telephone number 0461-821000 for timetables / rates / routes in two languages (Italian and English) is active:
Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) with opening hours 07:00 - 22:00;
Saturdays (except public holidays) from 07:00 - 20:00;
closed Sundays and public holidays.

The Muoversi in Trentino App provides live georeferenced information on public transport in the province of Trento relative to routes/lines, timetables, travel times, delays and arrival countdown at stops, "find a route" functions, integration with bike sharing services and the possibility to choose preferential transport services/lines.
Specifically, you can:
Choose the desired stop and the route of the line (railways, cable cars, city and suburban buses) passing through the desired stop
Have at your disposal a map showing all Bike Sharing stations/stops/stalls in the Province of Trento
View ride details to find out where the bus is and whether there will be any delays
Save among your favourites the routes and stops you have planned or use most frequently
Plan your journey by entering origin and destination, selecting the desired route and viewing details
Know where the Bike Sharing bays are located and the availability of free spaces where you can dock your bike
The Muoversi in Trentino app is available in three languages: Italian, English and German. It is free and indispensable if you live in Trentino and want to move around in a sustainable way or if you are a tourist and want to plan your trip to discover the places in this area.
All city and regional bus stops are request stops. If you wish to get off, shortly before your stop press the buzzer marked “fermata prenotata” (request stop) if you are on a city bus, or press the stop button or ask the driver if on a regional bus. If you are at a bus-stop and wish to board the bus, raise your hand towards the driver as the bus approaches
Passenger must not get on or off a bus if it is not at a bus-stop or while the vehicle is moving, as this can be dangerous.
Use the appropriate entrance and exit doors to get on and off the bus
A few seats are reserved by law for disabled passengers and are indicated by a plaque or sticker. Please give up your seat if required, especially for the elderly, pregnant women and small children.
Do not board the bus without a valid ticket, which must be stamped on board.
Passenger MUST NOT BOARD CITY BUSES BY THE CENTRAL DOOR, which is for alighting passengers only. Passengers boarding by the central door are liable to a fine of € 15.33, which may be increased up to € 46 + costs if not promptly paid. In accordance with the provisions of provincial law 5/2011, every evening after 8pm and all day on Sundays and public holidays, passengers may only board the bus by the back door.
Do not take up more than one seat;
Do not get in the way of other passengers getting on and off the bus by standing near the doors or the ticket stamping machine
Do not lean out of the windows or throw any object out of the bus as this can be dangerous
Smoking is strictly forbidden
Behave in a way that is considerate of other passengers
Show consideration for transport staff and co-operate with them; help them do their job
Be attentive to the needs of the elderly or disabled during your journey
Do not bring inflammable, poisonous or dangerous materials on board
Do not bring loaded or undismantled firearms on board (this does not apply to law and order agents)
Alarms and emergency devices are to be used only in cases of absolute necessity and for reasons of safety
Do not put the safety of yourself or other passengers at risk by inappropriate or dangerous behaviour
Objects and leaflets may not be distributed or posted on any public transport, unless with express authorisation from Trentino trasporti esercizio
The offering or selling of any object or the carrying out of any commercial activity are forbidden on board public transport
Begging is also forbidden on board public transport
In accordance with
Law No. 584 of 11th November 1975;
Prime Ministerial Decree of 23rd December 2003;
State-Regional Council Agreement of 16th December 2004;
Provincial Government resolution No. 2386 of 9th October 2009,
Any violation is punishable with a fine of between € 27.50 and € 275.00; the fine imposed is doubled where the violation occurs in the presence of an obviously pregnant woman, a baby or a child under the age of thirteen.
In accordance with Art. 16 of Law 689/1981, the fine may be reduced to a sum equal to twice the minimum amount if paid directly into post office account no. 295386, account name “Tesoriere capofila della Provincia autonoma di Trento, UniCredit Banca S.p.A.”, Trento branch, via Galilei 1, 38100 Trento, or by bank transfer to the same account name, IBAN IT 12 S 02008 01820 000003774828, inserting the date and fine reference number as the reason for payment.
The body responsible for issuing and recording injunctions is the Dirigente del Servizio Polizia amministrativa provinciale della Provincia autonoma di Trento (Director of the provincial administrative Police Service of the Autonomous Province of Trento).
In addition to the Security Forces, surveillance is also carried out by employees of the provincial administrative Police Service expressly authorised for these purposes, specifically tasked employees of the Azienda Provinciale per i Servizi Sanitari (Provincial Health Service), and local Police Forces. Specially appointed company staff members are tasked with ensuring this regulation is observed.
In the case of electronic cigarettes, fines (from € 15.00 to € 46.00) are issued in accordance with Provincial Decree 753/80 by specially appointed company staff members (inspectors).
