Trentino Trasporti S.p.A. annually updates a report on railway services to inform passengers of their rights and obligations and to provide details on service quality, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 782/2021.
The railway transport service is operated on the Trento–Borgo Valsugana–Bassano del Grappa line (Single Safety Certificate No. IT1020230085) and on the Trento–Malé–Mezzana line (Certificate of Fitness for Operation No. ES2022001).
Nel corso dell'anno 2025 e primo trimestre 2026 Trentino trasporti S.p.A. non ha riconosciuto né erogato alcun incentivo ai propri dipendenti con funzioni tecniche ai sensi della normativa vigente.
Si evidenzia che, con parere del 23 luglio 2025 e relativa comunicazione ufficiale del 2 settembre 2025 (https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/news.02.09.25), l’Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione ha chiarito l’obbligo, per tutte le amministrazioni e società a partecipazione pubblica, di pubblicare nella sezione “Amministrazione Trasparente” i dati relativi agli incentivi erogati ai dipendenti per funzioni tecniche.
Tale pubblicazione, prevista dall’art. 18 del D.Lgs. 33/2013, è funzionale a garantire l’accesso civico semplice e a consentire il necessario controllo sociale in merito alle erogazioni effettuate.

For better organization of the service, groups and parties are required to notify Trentino Trasporti according to the specifications dictated below in each sector. The Company reserves the right to evaluate appropriate measures at its sole discretion.
For the urban service, the establishment of supplementary or supplementary trips to the normal operating program is not foreseen, therefore:
too large school groups cannot be accepted;
the organizers must plan the outing in advance, avoiding peak times;
divide large groups into sub-groups of no more than 15/20 passengers per trip on several subsequent trips.
For groups of more than 20 people it is mandatory to notify the Company via the Call Center service

Groups of at least 15 people can take advantage of the group ticket, with a 15% discount on the ordinary rate. The ticket is valid for 1 day (day of issue if sold at the time on board the bus, or day of validity requested, with a maximum advance notice of 30 days, if sold at the company ticket offices).
Large groups on board trains of the railway lines are allowed only in the presence of an authorized reservation, to be requested at least three working days in advance of the travel date:

Reservations do not guarantee a seat. The reservation must always be confirmed by the Production Service.
Groups of more than 13 people are admitted only in the presence of an authorized reservation, which must requested at least three working days in advance of the travel date:

Group transport will be carried out with several consecutive trips lasting approximately 5 minutes per trip;
Reservations do not guarantee a seat and must always be confirmed by the Production Service;
The cable car service is not guaranteed in case of adverse weather conditions (wind/storms).
In this case (highlighted in real time on the cable car timetable page of the “Muoversi in Trentino” APP and on https://www.trentinotrasporti.it/viaggia-con-noi/funivia) replacement bus services are provided at pre-established times between Trento and Sardagna, in addition to the scheduled services on the B202 Trento-Sardagna-Monte Bondone line. In the absence of a reservation and related confirmation, the replacement service does not guarantee capacity for large groups.
