Relations and Communications with Customers

Trentino Trasporti has set up multiple channels through which it informs, communicates and collaborates with its Customers.

The Customer Service

Any Customer may send Trentino Trasporti communications, reports, suggestions, complaints, specifying not only their personal details and address, but also any other details which may be useful for reconstructing the incident or identifying the request underlying the report. Information Service - Call Centre

The Information Service - Call Centre - telephone number 0461-821000 for timetables / rates / routes in two languages (Italian and English) is active:

  • Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) with opening hours 07:00 - 22:00;
  • Saturdays (except public holidays) from 07:00 - 20:00;
  • closed Sundays and public holidays.

We would also like to inform you that a call-back service is also available using button number 9 in case all operators are already busy.

Trentino Trasporti is committed to providing Customers with safe transport in all respects, compatible with the mobility conditions in which it operates. As a further guarantee of safety, the Company has taken out special insurance cover for the various company sectors.Customers, for all needs, can contact the Trentino Trasporti Claims Office directly, as follows:
